You know what would help. So why can't you let yourself do it?
A free workbook for the self-aware but stuck: closing the gap between knowing and feeling, and finding the life that's been waiting underneath.
You've done all the work...
Tried therapy, yoga, meditation. You understand your patterns better than most people in your life.
And something in you still feels stuck.
You know you need to rest, set the boundary or stop answering emails at 10pm.
You know it all, and yet something in you won't let you.
That gap between what you know and what your body actually feels is a body that learned to brace before it learned to settle. And it doesn't respond to more insight.
It responds to safety.

This workbook...
It's a slow, quiet hour with yourself, some short readings, a few moments of recognition, and three small body based practices you can do in bed, on the sofa, wherever you are.
Inside, you'll find:
-
Why insight hasn't been enough, and what your nervous system has actually been waiting for
-
The four traps of survival, and which one is loudest in your life right now
-
A simple map of where you are between knowing and feeling
-
Three two-minute practices that give your body a taste of something other than bracing
No transformation promises, no 30-day plan, just a felt sense of "oh... there it is!"
A word on how this work is different
Most of what's out there works at the level of awareness, meditation apps, breathing techniques, more things to track...
You've tried those and you're aware. That was never the problem.
In this work, we go one layer underneath: the felt safety that lets the awareness you already have finally land.
Calm isn't the goal, safety is. Calm comes after.

Hi, I'm Aleksandra.
I spent years high-functioning and completely overwhelmed. I did the therapy, I had the insight, and I was still stuck in the same cycles.
What changed everything wasn't more understanding. It was learning to meet my body as a guide rather than a problem to manage.
I combine 15 years across somatic trauma work, nervous system regulation and eco-therapy with a PhD in digital wellbeing. But more importantly: I was my own first client.
Another month of carrying this quietly. Another season of functioning but not living.
Or one slow hour to find out what your body already knows.
Just the workbook, and the occasional note from me, unsubscribe any time.
