Why things haven't worked, even when you've tried everything
If you're here and still feeling stuck, I'm willing to bet it's because you've tried to fix it by pushing through your head. But there's nothing to fix. What's needed, is to rebuild the relationship with your body and the sense of safety. The nervous system doesn't speak in thoughts. It speaks in sensation, tension, and the body's constant awareness of safe or not safe. Until you work at that level, the old pattern keep running.
What I offer instead
In somatic sessions, we work directly with what the body is holding: the underlying tension and fear. Instead of analysing what's there, we learn to be with it differently and staying present without being overwhelmed.
Having guidance and an attuned presence alongside you makes it possible to gently explore your nervous system and expand its capacity for safety, and open up to what becomes possible when you're no longer just surviving.
How this work unfolds
This 6-session package is designed as a foundation. Many clients leave wanting to go further, but even if this is all you do, you leave with an increased sense of safety in the body, a map of your nervous system, better capacity to be present with your feelings without being overwhelmed, and the felt sense of who you are underneath the bracing.
We always move at your pace and work with what is, not with what should be.
The sessions follow a clear arch and each session build upon the previous one:
Sessions 1–2: Building the foundation.
First, we find your ground. What does safety feel like in your body? We locate your first anchor, then map your nervous system: your edges and your early warning signals, your personal toolkit.
Sessions 3–4 Expanding capacity.
We gently build your system's capacity to stay with more without tipping into overwhelm, then uncover the deeper layers of what your system has been holding.
Sessions 5–6 Finding the way forward.
We turn toward what's possible and build it as a felt sense, not just a concept. You leave with a personalised regulation map and a way back to yourself that's genuinely yours.

What happens in a session?
Sessions involve guided awareness of sensations, breath, and emotions in the body, helping patterns of stress gradually soften and shift. We move slowly and always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Is this therapy or
coaching?
This work includes elements of both. We explore emotional and nervous system patterns held in the body, while also supporting practical shifts in how you relate to your life and decisions.
How many sessions will I need?
This package is a complete journey. Most clients find it's the beginning of a different relationship with themselves. Many choose to continue the sessions, others carry what they've built forward independently.

does it
cost?
The 6 session package cost £390. If we both feel aligned after the initial consultation, you’ll be invited to book the package. I accept Clearpay and Klarna if you'd prefer to spread the cost.
