1:1 Somatic support

Many people reach a point where pushing through and holding everything together simply stops working. On the outside, you may still be functioning: You go to work, meet responsibilities, and keep going. But inside something feels exhausted, tense, or disconnected.
 

1:1 somatic sessions offer a space to slow down and listen to what your body has been holding.

These sessions combine somatic therapy and coaching, working directly with the body and nervous system to support healing and meaningful change.

 

Unlike practices you do alone, this work is guided. With the support of an experienced practitioner, it becomes easier to stay present with sensations in the body without immediately analysing or pushing them away. This is often where deeper release and change begin.

In this sessions we work gently with sensations, breath, and embodied awareness. Over time, this helps resolve stuck emotional patterns and restore trust in your body’s wisdom.

As the body begins to unwind, life starts to reorient naturally, through clarity about what truly supports and nourishes you.

We start with a FREE introductory session. This is a space to give you a little tester of somatic work, and talk about what is bringing you to this work, ask questions, and gain clarity about what your next step might be.
