I'm Aleksandra. I came to this work because I lived it: high-functioning, successful, and quietly burned out. After years of trying everything including therapy, that helped but didn't quite reach it, learning to listen to my body is what finally shifted things.

Now I bring my experience and training in somatics, nervous system regulation, eco-therapy, and a PhD in mental wellbeing interventions, to help others find their way back. This roadmap is the foundation I work from with my clients.
