The Wayfinder is your first step​​​

What is the Wayfinder?

A single, focused 60-minute session designed for one thing:

helping you find out how to move forward.

We explore three things together:

  1. Where you're at: what your nervous system has been holding beneath the surface of everything you already manage so well

  2. What's keeping you stuck: not just the story you know, but what is happening in the body underneath it

  3. What wants to happen next: a felt sense of direction, not more analysis or things to do

Please note: ​​I have a limited number of sessions available every months, so if they're  booked out, you will be offered a place on a waitlist​

This is for you if:

  • You look capable from the outside and hold it all together... and you are quietly running on empty

  • You've tried therapy, tools, frameworks... and something still hasn't moved

  • You feel exhausted, stuck and disconnected from life

  • You know something needs to change but you don't know what, or where to start

  • You know deep down that different way of living is out there waiting for you

  • You are ready to make some meaningful changes

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the session?

You'll start with a short reflective intake form before we meet. In the session we slow down, tune into what your body is holding, find a felt sense of what is keeping you stuck and what is your next step towards a more vibrant life.

How is this different ?

Rather than analysing patterns or revisiting old stories, we tune directly into the wisdom of your body, outside of head-loops, conditioning, and noise. Your body already knows the way forward, this is about learning to hear it.

What if I want more support ?

This session stands on its own but if you leave wanting more support, I offer 1:1 somatic support packages for people who want to go deeper. If it feels right, we can talk about what that could look like at the end of our time together.

How much
does it costs?

The session cost £55 and there is a limited number of sessions available each month.
