You need one hour to slow down, drop beneath the noise, and let something land - the felt sense in your body of what is calling you.

The Wayfinder is a single, focused session designed to give you exactly that: clarity from the inside out. Not a plan from your head but a direction from something deeper.

  • You've tried therapy, tools, frameworks... and something still hasn't moved

What this session gives you

Imagine finishing a session and not having a new to-do list but instead feeling genuinely lighter. Like something that had no shape finally has a name, and your body knows which way to face.

No more fixing or analysing. Just a felt sense of: "oh! There it is"

That's what one session can do when we work at the level where patterns actually live.

By the end of the session you'll have:

  1. A clearer picture of what your nervous system has been carrying (often it's not what you thought)

  2. A felt sense of where the stuck-ness lives in the body, not as analysis, but as something you can recognise

  3. A personalised written map you can return to, with the next 2–3 practices most relevant for you

  4. A direction to move in, even if it's a small one. Something more honest than another self-improvement plan

I know this territory from the inside out.

For years I was high-functioning and completely overwhelmed. I did the therapy, I understood my patterns, I had the insight. And I was still stuck in the same cycles of overachieving, self-doubting, and surviving. What changed everything wasn't more understanding. It was learning to listen to my body as a guide rather than a problem to manage. Then a real shift happened. 

That's what I bring to this work. 

I'm Aleksandra. I combine 15 years of training across somatic trauma work, nervous system regulation, eco-therapy, and self-inquiry, with a PhD in digital mental wellbeing. But more importantly: I was my own first client.

What's included in the Wayfinder?

  • A 60-minute 1:1 online session. We'll slow down together and explore three things: what your nervous system has been holding beneath everything you manage so well; what's keeping you stuck not as a story, but as a felt sense in the body; and what wants to happen next.

  • A personalised written map of what your nervous system is holding, where you're getting stuck, the specific practices to start with, and journalling prompts tailored to what came up, yours to keep and return to.

  • A reflective intake questionnaire before we meet, so we can use our time well and you arrive already beginning to tune in.

I'm not sure one session will be enough...

Wayfinder stands entirely on its own. Most people arrive not quite knowing what they're really carrying and leave with something that lands in the body, not just the head. That's not a small thing.

If after the session you want to go deeper, I offer 1:1 somatic support packages and we can talk about whether that's right for you. But there's no pressure, and no expectation. This session is complete in itself.

Rather than analysing patterns or revisiting old stories, we tune directly into the wisdom of your body, outside of head-loops, conditioning, and noise. Your body already knows the way forward, this is about learning to hear it.
