The Good Woman Trap

A FREE 45-minute webinar on the shoulds and musts that keep brilliant women in lives they've outgrown - and how can you put them down.

Sounds familiar?

  • You only sit down once everyone else is sorted. Which is never.

  • You apologise before you ask for anything.

  • Everyone says "oh, you're so capable" meanwhile your jaw's been clenched since March.

  • You know what you need… and won't let yourself have it.

  • Something in you wants more out of life, but you convince yourself that you should be grateful.

Here's the part nobody says out loud!

"I should be grateful..."
"I shouldn't complain..."
"I mustn't let people down..."

You think it's being decent or nice, but in reality that just conditioning of a culture that runs on women who ask for nothing.

The question is: When do you get to live the life you really desire?

During the webinar you will:

  • Find the sentence that's keeping you where you are — and whose voice it's actually in

  • Feel where it lives in your body, because that's why understanding it hasn't been enough

  • See clearly what it's been costing you: the choices you didn't make, the things you stopped asking for

  • Leave knowing what's underneath it, and what becomes possible once it loosens

Why I'm running this?

I want empowered, self-loving, grounded, deeply connected women living lives of passion and purpose - not the shoulds!

I'm Aleksandra, an eco-somatic practitioner with a PhD in mental wellbeing.

But mostly: I stayed years too long in a job that was eating me alive, because on paper it was the dream. Every time my body said this is costing too much, I answered...but I should be grateful.

That sentence kept me imprisoned and I know just how many women are still holding the key and calling it kindness.

Imagine...

No more "you're so successful" while you feel empty behind it.
You've stopped improving yourself. You're just… living. And it feels good!
You want things again. Big ones. And you're reaching for them: playful, adventurous, unapologetic.
Not a new you. The woman who was always there underneath all the shoulds and musts!
