
1:1 Somatic support
Many people reach a point where pushing through and holding everything together no longer works. The constant demands, pressure, and expectations start to show up in the body as tension, exhaustion, overwhelm, and a sense of being disconnected from yourself.
1:1 somatic sessions combine therapeutic and coaching approaches, working directly with the body and nervous system to support healing and meaningful change.
A body-led approach allows to bypass stories, mind loops, and conditioned patterns, to release stuck emotions and uncover the truth of who you really are.
In these sessions we work with sensations, breath, and embodied awareness, to resolve stuck emotions and restore trust in your body’s wisdom as a compass for how you live and make choices.
As the body begins to unwind life starts to reorient naturally. Not through force or drastic change, but through clarity about what truly supports and nourishes you.
