About the event

Many of us live in cycles of constant doing - pushing, proving, and running on empty, leading to burnout, tension and disconnection.

Regenerative Bed Yoga is a therapeutic journey designed to undo those patterns while you rest. Through deeply restorative poses, gentle somatic guidance, and reflections woven into the practice, this monthly workshop helps you retrain your nervous system, release the pressure to perform, and rediscover ease in your body.

This is for anyone longing to overcome burnout, soften their inner critic, and live more rested and fulfilling lives – all from the comfort of your bed.

At the same time together we create a gentle space where you can witness others resting too, learning that rest is not only personal, but something we can share, nurture, and experience together.

Each month we gather around a different theme.

What makes it therapeutic

  • Each session explores different patterns of overworking and burnout and offers embodied tools to release them

  • Practices support nervous system regulation and emotional processing in a gentle way

  • Reflections help integrate the experience leading to longer lasting change

What are possible outcomes

  • Relief from stress and nervous system overload

  • A new relationship with rest: from guilty or “lazy” to essential and regenerative

  • A sense of wholeness, calm, and connection that might linger long after class – and the reminder that you don’t have to do it alone

What you'll need

  • A bed or soft surface

  • 2+ pillows, 2 blankets/towels

  • Comfortable clothes or pyjamas
