In this experiential online class, you'll learn powerful embodiment techniques to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate emotional balance.


✨ Each month has a different topic and in January will explore (TBC)


Using mindfulness based and somatic techniques you will reconnect with your body’s wisdom:

  • During each class we will practice a few different embodiment techniques

  • We will also cover some basic theory, although this is an experiential class

  • There will also be space for discussion and sharing
