In this experiential online class, you'll learn practical embodiment techniques to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate emotional balance.


✨ Each month has a different topic. February topic is: Dropping into safety

We live in a volatile world and our stressful lives further drive the fear response - the fight or flight, especially if we already have trauma present. This means we can be constantly stuck in un-safety often without realising. This have a tremendous impact on how we navigate life.

Embodiment use mindfulness and somatic techniques to connect you to the authentic voice of your body, and bring feelings of grounded confidence when navigating life.


✨ What to expect:

  • During each class we'll practice 2-3 embodiment techniques

  • We'll also cover some basic theory and body philosophy

  • There will also be space for discussion
