Feeling Burnt-out? Stressed? Disconnected?
In this experiential online class, you'll learn practical embodiment techniques to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate emotional balance.
✨ Each month has a different topic. December topic is: boundaries and personal space
There are many ways in which embodiment can help with boundaries:
Body awareness - when we're more attuned to our body we begin to feel what's safe and supportive to us vs what feels harmful or draining
Reclaiming sense of self - embodied practices teach us to recognise when we end and others begin. We learn to honour our limits
Opening up to the world - as we embrace saying no we also open to our duck yeses! Embodiment use mindfulness and somatic techniques to connect you to your authentic body guidance:

We'll also cover some basic theory and body philosophy
