About the event
We live in a culture that tells us rest must be earned, that slowing down means you’re falling behind. This workshop is about undoing those patterns. Lazy Bed Yoga is a space to soften, release pressure, and remember what it feels like to belong in your body, without effort or striving.
This isn’t about performance or pushing yourself. It’s about letting your body show you how to rest. Through gentle somatic practices and deeply restorative yoga, I’ll guide you into a state where nervous system regulation and true rest can happen naturally.
What to expect
✨ Soothe your nervous system and release tension
✨ Quiet your mind and reconnect to what truly matters
✨ Rest deeply and feel enough, exactly as you are
✨ Carry a felt sense of freedom into your everyday life
What to prepare
A bed or soft surface
Two big blankets or beach towels
Two or more pillows
Pyjamas optional 😉
Beginners welcome — no yoga experience needed.
Why This Matters
Part of regenerative well-being is reclaiming rest as a basic human need, not a luxury. In this class, you’ll be reminded that you don’t need to prove or earn your worth to deserve rest. You can simply arrive, soften, and let your body recalibrate.
