Online, lazy bed yoga to undo the patterns of doing
Time & Location

About the event
This is not your typical yoga class. It’s a soft rebellion against the pressure to perform.
A slow, somatic, bed-based practice to undo the patterns of doing and remember what it feels like to just be.
If you feel burnt out or stuck in cycles of over-giving and urgency, this is for you.
This class offers a space to pause. To be held. To rest without guilt.
We live in a culture that tells us our worth is in what we produce, fix, or achieve.
This workshop invites you to gently unlearn that, with every exhale, every supported pose, every act of softening.
Rooted in restorative yoga and somatic therapy, this is not self-care as performance. It’s nervous system repair. It’s embodied liberation. It’s rest as a sacred act of resistance.
Whether you’re burnt out, recovering from survival mode, or simply longing to feel enough without doing, you are welcome here.
🧘♀️ What You’ll Need:
A bed or soft surface
2 pillows + 2 big blankets
Pyjamas optional
No yoga experience needed
We’ll move slowly. We’ll listen inwardly. And we’ll practice something radical: reclaiming your worth through rest.
This offering is part of my work in the Process of Embodied Change supporting burned-out souls to release the pressure, trust their bodies, and live with softness, truth, and deep freedom.
