For the strong woman who's tired of holding everything together
Somatic work for people who want to come back to a sense of safety, reclaim permission, and live from desire instead of duty.
Perhaps you can sense your boundaries but can't act on them, maybe you notice the stress but can't slow down, you feel burnt-out and depleted, and yet keep pushing through. Maybe you've done all the inner work and are self-aware, and yet something is still stuck.
My work is the bridge from knowing to feeling, using a somatic approach that works at the level where patterns actually live: the nervous system, not just the mind.

Hi I'm Dr. Aleksandra Wruk
I help strong, capable women move from survival to safety, and from safety to permission to live fully - through the wisdom of the body.
My work weaves 15 years of somatic trauma work, nervous system regulation, eco-therapy, and self-inquiry into a body-led approach built around one thing: the felt safety and permission that lets what you already know finally land.

Testimonials
I’ve been in my feels since I had this breakthrough. I tried so hard to collect an emotional map of my life and I finally got all the pieces. This experience with you helped me tremendously to ask myself the right questions and have the tools I needed to work towards loving myself. It was the missing key!

In recent years, I’ve felt called to slow down, listen more closely to my body, and nurture a more intentional relationship with the world.
Aleksandra is an amazingly warm, grounded, and deeply present facilitator. She created a safe, open space where I felt at ease to share and connect "

Aleksandra held a supportive and inclusive space. Her introduction to the theory behind why we do mindfulness and body work was informed and clear which I truly appreciated."
