Description

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to healing and personal growth. It helps you tune into your body’s sensations, emotions, and inner wisdom to release tension, process stored experiences, and cultivate safety and presence. Rather than talking about change, we work through the body, helping you restore balance to your nervous system and reconnect with your natural capacity for ease, clarity, and self-trust. Through this process, you can learn to: - Regulate your stress responses and find more calm even in challenging moments - Reconnect with your body’s signals and emotions with compassion - Unwind patterns of overwork, tension, or self-pressure - Build resilience, boundaries, and a sense of grounded confidence - Experience deeper fulfilment, freedom, and connection The Discovery Call This free call is a gentle space to explore where you are right now and what kind of support might serve you best. Before we meet, you’ll complete a short reflective questionnaire. This will help you gain some insight about where you are and gives us a starting point for our conversation. During the call, we will: - Reflect on your answers from the self-reflection questionnaire - Clarify your current challenges, needs, and goals - Experience a simple somatic practice to get a sense of my approach - Explore whether working together feels like the right fit This call is not therapy in itself, but it offers valuable insights and a felt experience of the kind of support I provide. By the end, you’ll know if and how I can guide you in your next steps.
